"Here we are in the strangest Place"
My, my, watch that time fly by! It is nearly two years since we last played music together, but the songs and our fondness for them and each other remain as strong as ever. The last thing I want to do at this point then is to let any dust settle on it. Cue the new website! I hope you find yourself back at F&HQ often to catch up with us and to see what we are doing.
KENT - At the time of writing this, Kent is proudly serving with the Army in Afghanistan. He was married to his lovely Amy in April, and we were all at hand to witness it. The bar tab is still being paid off in installments. Kent is also diving into the graphic arts - No surprise really, as he could doodle a masterpiece on the back of a napkin better than anybody. Weirdly enough, so could we, on him, when he was fast asleep. Give him a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org. He'd love to hear from you!
MATT - I am enjoying my solo career and have released a full length album of new material as well as a few singles to date. Follow along at www.matthutchison.org. Aimee and I moved into a great place in Baltimore County where the dogs can run around and I can blast the jams 24/7. We have a large pool that I'm forced to maintain for their exclusive use.
TIM - Tim will be wrapping up his undergraduate work at Towson University this Fall with a concentration in Geography. While not surveying, or prospecting for gold and buried treasure, he is also drumming with me and former bandmate Bill Dixon. He is set to get hitched in November of this year, so it looks like 2013 is shaping up to be one of his best! We wish him all the best! (Still operating a flip-phone, Tim is unable to receive any of your modern, hi-tech messages at this time.)
STEVE - Steve, too is pursuing a solo career and has released a great EP of new music. Follow him at www.steveherreramusic.com.
He and I have also been playing softball together in a social league alternating 1st base every inning. He is an expert at hitting the other way and draws the ire of every outfielder who tries to play him differently.
Enjoy the new site, and keep in touch! We always love hearing from you.
